Sections 4.6.4 and 4.8 have great potential for abuse and damage to the organization as a whole. The board should keep in mind that while forum members sanctioned under these sections may have no recourse under the rules if these sections are abused, violating the principles of other organizations important to E-Democracy.org may dictate these other organizations to sever any existing relationship. Such violations might include but be limited to practicing discrimination, censorship, and behavior leading to or supporting either, i.e., your actions will define you as much as the rules and stated mission of the organization.
