- Enable access to unique online and offline resources to assist residents and legislators in collaborating towards building stronger Chicago neighborhoods
- Support Establishment of Neighborhood and Community Level forums in Chicago Region and effective coordination among them
- Support OpenGovernment, Civic Accountability and Civic Learning Efforts
