Saint Paul Adult Education Saint Paul Community Literacy Consortium (SPCLC) serves 10,000 adult learners each year. These adults are learning English, completing high school credentials, or preparing for college transition.

Saint Paul Public Schools Adult Learning is part of the SPCLC. The Ronald Hubbs Center for Lifelong Learning, 1030 University Avenue, has free classes for adults Monday - Thursday 830 AM -830 PM and Friday 830 AM - 430 PM. To register, simply come to Hubbs Center on Monday or Wednesday morning or afternoon. Bring a picture ID and a willingness to learn!
