Please note that we are moving project planning to Neighborhood Forums since we are doing these in more than one city.
Watch this space as we plan for online Minneapolis neighborhood forums. Interested St. Paul neighbhorhoods may join Minneapolis E-Democracy's planning now, although volunteers are focused on Minneapolis.

Some scribbles pulled from the draft Minneapolis Issues Forum post:
A forum like carag-forum could officially join us as "mpls-carag@" if they like (I helped start this one before I moved to Ericsson) and they think our rules framework is appropriate to their goals. We will not create duplicative forums where active forums exist and while we'd much prefer formal neighborhood association participation/endorsement if local volunteer capacity exists to recruit participants it is not required.
